Don't over do it, as the inspiration you feel at first might make you want to do more  than your body is ready for. Do it every day, once you start there is no stop! Let your body do the talking, listen to it, walk and stretch, start with about 10 minutes at first or the first week. Wait a few days before increasing your exercise times.
